30 condos have sold via the MLS® in Oliver and Downtown area in September of 2019, 17 less than last month and 2 less than in September of 2018.
The selling price ranged from $85,000, one bedroom 473 sq.ft. unit in Oakwood Towers, to $565,000, 3 bedroom 1,156 sq.ft. unit in Fox II.
The average selling price was $246,733 down by 11.9% from last month and down by 15.5% from September of 2018, while the average list price was $259,252. The inventory has decreased to 323 from 340 condos available. Current days-on-market are 55, down by 10 days from 65 in September of 2018.
The absorption rate for Downtown and Oliver condos as of today stands at 10.7 months.
