42 condos have sold via the MLS® in Oliver and Downtown area in May of 2019, same as last month and 8 less than in May of 2018. The selling price ranged from $95,000, one bedroom 509 sq.ft. unit in Top of the Valley, to $739,000, 3 bedroom, 2,740 sq.ft. unit in McDougall Place.
The average selling price was $322,528 up by 5.32% from last month and up by 4.99% from May of 2018, while the average list price was $336,412. The inventory has increased to 384 from 330 condos available. Current days-on-market are 64, up by 15 days from 59 in May of 2018. The absorption rate for Downtown and Oliver condos as of today stands at 9.14 months.
