57 condos have sold via the MLS® in Oliver and Downtown area in April of 2018, 31 more than last month and 11 more than in April of 2017.
The selling price ranged from $130,000, 532 square foot one bedroom in The River Valley Condominiums, to $650,000, 1,575 sq.ft. 2 bedroom unit in The Serenity. The average selling price was $295,411 down by 9.3% from last month and down by 4.3% from April of 2017, while the average list price was $325,750. The inventory has increased to 382 from 245 condos available. Current days-on-market are 47 down from 55 in March of 2018.
The absorption rate for Downtown and Oliver condos as of today stands at 6.7 months.
