40 condos have sold through the MLS® System in Oliver and Downtown in September of 2010, that is 25% less than last month and 36% less than in September of 2009. The selling price ranged from $90,000, 349 sq.foot bachelor in the Hartgate, to $980,000, 2 bedroom 2,040 sq.foot condo in the Hilltop Place building.
The price per square foot was up by 8.2 percent from last month and up by 4% compared to September of last year. The average selling price was $276,255 / 303 per sq.foot and list price 288,209 / 315. The inventory was down from 342 condos to 307, with 278 condos available under 500K. Current days on market have decreased to 60 from 70 days and sold to list price ratio is up by one percent to 96%.
