Downtown & Oliver Real Estate Market Update

54 condos have sold through the MLS® System in Oliver and Downtown in March of 2010, that is 20% more than last month and 11% more than in March of 2009, ranging in price from 119,900 to 568,800. The price per square foot was up by 4.4 percent and 8.1 % higher compared to March of last year. The average sold price was 285,612 / 296 per sq.foot and list price 294,406 / 305. The inventory was up from 257 condos to 325, with 282 condos available under 500K. Current days on market have decreased to 39 from 46 days and sold to list price ratio stands at 97%, one percent higher than compared to last month.
