In the month of December, 39 condominiums have sold in Downtown and Oliver area, almost twice as many as in December of last year, ranging in sold price from 113,000 to 740,000. The average sold price of these properties was 300,600 / 300 per sqaure foot, 13 percent higher then last year, and list price 310,512 / 309. Sold to list price ratio was 96 percent, ranging from 101% to 88%, while days on market were 53, ranging from 339 to 8 days. Current absorption rate for Downtown and Oliver stands at 4.6 months.

Last year was a good year in real estate. I expect the same this year. I would invest in real estate for possible profit. Well, I hope my luck on investment will be great.
Fascinating statistics. This appears to be the case across Alberta, maybe even throughout Canadian realty markets. For example in theCalgary real estate market, prices and numbers of houses sold have increased as compared to the same time last year.
