These units have sold for the average price of 522,700 / 356 per sq.foot with a list price of 554,720 / 378, and average size of 1,468 square feet . It took on average 59 days for the Properties On High Street condos to sell, with 88 days being the longest and 29 the quickest. Average sold-to-list price ratio was 94 percent, ranging from 99% to 91%.

Downtown & Oliver Real Estate Market Update

There are currently 181 condos for sale through the MLS® System in Oliver and Downtown Edmonton, ranging in price from 115,000 to 1,750,000.  The average size of these units is 1,092 sq.feet and list price 360,214 / 326 per square foot.

In the month of December, 39 condominiums have sold in Downtown and Oliver area, almost twice as many as in December of last year, ranging in sold price from 113,000 to 740,000.  The average sold price of these properties was 300,600 / 300 per sqaure foot, 13 percent higher then last year, and list price 310,512 / 309.  Sold to list price ratio was 96 percent, ranging from 101% to 88%, while days on market were 53, ranging from 339 to 8 days. Current absorption rate for Downtown and Oliver stands at 4.6 months.
