Size does matter in real estate !

Regardless of the global economical situation and the credit crises in the US , Alberta's economy seems to be moving forward. We have seen may new condos being built Downtown Edmonton and there is a definite need for more office space. A new Epcor Tower, which is to be finished in 2012, will rise 28 storeys near the northeast corner of 104th Avenue and 101st Street. The building is near 33 Edmonton Transit bus routes and across the street from City Hall, which connects to the Churchill LRT station. Way to go Edmonton.

Christmas in Oliver

The last few days were pretty harsh. I have lived in Edmonton for 20 years and still takes me couple of weeks to get used to -30C. I guess we can't complain today with only -5C, it feels like spring again. Christmas is behind us and Downtown traffic was quite as if people are hibernating and still digesting holiday meals. As we are approaching the new year, the question that seems to come up is " are we at the bottom of the real estate market? " If I could borrow the crystal ball from Gandalf the Gray, I would definitly share that with you.
